There are so many unknowns about depression and anxiety. So many mysteries and not many places to find the answers. A lot of the questions we have are in more gray areas than black and white. Depending on who you ask, the answer may change. So we decided to take your questions and ask several counselors and pastors that we trust and share their thoughts about the matter. Keep in mind, these are very general questions. If you want some follow up or answers to more specific questions to your own scenario, we really recommend finding a counselor to visit face to face. You can find resources for that over on our Find Help page.

If you have any unanswered general questions about mental illness, let us know by filling in the contact form at the bottom of the page.
